Job Description
Assist with job postings on job boards, social media, and company website
Source and identify candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate records and track recruitment metrics
Assist in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and campus outreach programs
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
Help with onboarding and new hire orientation when required
Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and outcomes

Internship Requirements
BSc in Human Resources Management or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
