Job Description

Make sure of the pin number and take it from patient 

Generate receipt for patient and take money from him to finalize the bill and give him payment receipt

Take copy from insurance card and make sure that patient complete data on claim form 

Give the green bill and claim form to the patient in order to start his investigation with doctor 

Deliver his cash to the cashier and give the yellow bill to the finance Department 

Support continuity among work teams by Documenting and communicating actions irregularities and continuing needs 

Prepare cancellation form with doctor signature. insure all equipment’s work well and safe it 

Work in any reception area according to work needs 

Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures rules and regulations 

Comply with the hospital general policies and instructions 

Comply with Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Punctuality Systems 

Make reservations and creating PIN for the new patients

Job Requirements

Bc. Degree in any related discipline

(0- 1) year experience
