Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through inbound and outbound calls. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that each customer has a positive experience with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
You will handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer questions, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner.
You will identify customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely and efficient way.
You will maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company policies in order to assist customers effectively.
You will accurately record and update customer information, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional phone manner.
Excellent active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
