Beyti is looking for newly graduates and early career professionals to join the Future Leaders Program in our Sales, R&D and Manufacturing Divisions that will start on January 2025.
We are looking forward through this program to select Beyti Future Leaders. This program is an accelerated development Program that equips graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and attributes.
Participants benefit from a rich variety of structured training, individual mentoring, and opportunities to experience different aspects of the business.

This 36-months program is designed to develop Beyti Future Leaders in different functions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree for Sales Track: Business Administration; R&D Track: Science, Agriculture (Food Science OR Dairy) and Pharmaceutical. Manufacturing Track: Engineering.
Newly Graduates: ONLY Graduates of 2023 & 2024.
Grade: minimum grade of "Very Good" or Equivalent GPA.
Previous internship experience is a MUST.
Good Command of MS Office (Excel & Power point)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Flexibility in terms of location.
