Job Description

Support the related team in handling, managing, and coordinating customer relationships and requirements across various departments of the bank, including assisting in memo write-ups and facilitating daily business operations.

Handle customer calls and inquiries regarding balances, transactions, and requests promptly and efficiently.

Cultivate positive relationships with all clients to enhance the bank’s service reputation.

Support the supervising officer in the daily management of corporate accounts.

Compile various regular reports for the Corporate Banking Group, including but not limited to Documentation, Portfolio Pricing, Pipeline Report, Expected Bookings & Pay-offs, Cross-Border Report, Share Coverage Report, and CBE-related reports, among others.

Prepare responses to any reports requested by other departments.

Aid customers in completing and processing their instructions to various bank departments, such as filling out applications, requests, and transaction documents.

Assist Credit Analysts, Relationship Managers (RMs), and Senior RMs in completing specific sections of the Credit Approval memorandum.
